She was licensed to practice law in WA in 2001 and has practiced Family Law, Administrative Law and a variety of related areas of law since that time in WA. She is a fierce advocate, strong litigator and a person who believes that everyone deserves to have their voice heard in court.
Desiree has been a judge, a Guardian Ad Litem, and mediator. She has a well rounded collection of legal skills to address your legal needs. More importantly, she is a wife and mother of three amazing children - she gets it.


In her free time, you can find Constance skateboarding, spending time with friends and family, and traveling with her partner and their two frenchies, Benny and Mellow.


Najja is an attorney who focuses his practice on tax law, family law, and fiduciary matters, helping individuals and families navigate complex legal and financial challenges with clarity and practical solutions.
With experience in tax controversy and compliance matters, Najja advises clients on resolving disputes with taxing authorities and structuring their financial affairs to minimize risk and preserve wealth. His tax background provides a unique advantage in family law cases involving complex financial issues, business interests, and asset division.
In addition to his tax practice, Najja represents clients in family law matters including minor guardianships and post-judgment disputes. He approaches these cases with a focus on practical advice, steady advocacy, and protecting long-term stability for families and children.
In 2010, Najja began his legal career as an attorney with Hosannah Law Group and is excited to return to the firm. Prior to rejoining Hosannah Law Group in January 2026, Najja served as a tax attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and prior to that, worked as a family law mediator with King County Superior Court’s Unified Family Court division in Seattle, Washington.
Najja is a Pacific Northwest native and in his spare time, enjoys spending time with family and friends.


In 2014, Jordan graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice and a minor in Psychology.
Upon graduating, he returned to the Hosannah Law Group to gain further legal experience before beginning his law school studies at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in beautiful sunny San Diego, CA. While studying at Thomas Jefferson, Jordan volunteered in the school’s tax clinic, assisting low-income individuals with filing their tax returns (earning recognition for completing over 50 hours of pro bono service).
In addition, he served as a class-representative on the school’s Student Bar Association, and in the school law library, assisting students, faculty, and alumni in locating desired materials in the library or its databases. Jordan graduated from Thomas Jefferson in May of 2018 with his Juris Doctorate.

She performs all financial aspects such as writing client fee agreements and billing, as well as the necessary internal financial transactions a business needs to be successful and to be in compliance with all taxing agencies. In addition, Jackie serves as the firm’s office manager, specializing in the financial segments essential during client representation.
Jackie started her career in accounting while working as an Office Assistant at a local law firm in 1991. She obtained her Associates Degree in Accounting from Pierce College 1995 and has worked primarily for law firms.
Jackie was raised in Montana and moved to Tacoma in 1985. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, and cat, working in her yard, camping and fishing.
